STUDY MATERIAL AVAILABILITY
Your delivery time is calculated according to the parcel item with the longest delivery time. This simply means that each parcel in your order has its own delivery time and the entire order will only be complete when all items are available for despatch. Should you wish for the 'in-stock' items to be despatched to you sooner, an additional courier fee will apply.
Delivery time is within 7-10 working days upon receipt of confirmation of payment.
Why wait for my material? BPP updates its material after each exam sitting based on examiner feedback. This ensures you have the best chance of passing your exam first time.
STUDENT CLASS AVAILABILITY
IBTC reserves the right to change the lecturers, dates and venues at any time. The latest timetable will always be available online.
Classes are subject to minimum student numbers. A credit or refund will be issued should a class be cancelled and material returned in its original condition. You may opt to change from classes to home study if classes are cancelled - a credit for the difference will be issued.
Should you wish to change subjects, an additional admin and courier fee will apply. You may only defer once per subject.
