If this error occured while making a payment, we suspect that our 3rd party payment merchant (MyGate) is offline. The other common error is that FNB was unable to launch their 3D verficiation system (an additional security measure launched by the banks to curb credit card fraud). You can either exit and try again (simply do a new booking). Alternatively you may wish to pay via EFT or bank transfer. In that case you simply select 'pay later' at the end of your booking and you will be sent an invoice immediately. Simplay transfer the money out of your credit card via EFT, and remember to use your invoice number as the reference.
