
How your student card works
If you have received a student card, it should have the email address your registered with and your unique student number.
Your student number is made up of a combination of your first name, surname and differentiating number.
If you do not have a student number - you will still be eligible for a 10% discount online. You do not need the card or the student number to generate a quote or make a booking.
Your card should be posted after you have made your first purchase with IBTC.
If you have booked but do not know your student number - you are can select the 'Lost your student number or haven't received yours yet?' option during the booking process.
If you are not prompted to eneter a student number then your student number is yet to be generated - you should proceed with the booking as usual and a number and card will be sent to you.
Changing my student card details
If you received a student card with any incorrect details or would like to change your details, please email info@ibtc.co.za
If your student card does not match the student number we emailed you, please also send us an email and we will make the necessary changes.
