Intermediate Level

The Intermediate Level consists of three subjects which can be completed once you have completed the Foundation Level (unless you received recognition of prior learning for the Foundation Level subjects). Upon completion you will be awarded a Certificate: Office Administration.  

Overview

You can complete the subjects which form part of the Intermediate Level in any order.

Once you've completed the Intermediate Level you will be able to apply a range of office administration techniques; illustrate a basic understanding of economics; and perform human resources and labour relations administrative tasks.
