Intermediate Level

The Intermediate Level consists of five subjects which can be completed once you have completed the Foundation Level (unless you received recognition of prior learning for the Foundation Level subjects). Upon completion you will be awarded a Higher Certificate: Office Administration.

Overview

You can complete the subjects which form part of the Intermediate Level in any order.

Once you've completed the Intermediate Level, you will be able to lead a small/medium sized business; manage your work schedule as an an entrepreneur; operate efficiently in an office environment; apply legal, marketing, PR and economic principles in business; draw up and interpret financial statements and reports; work efficiently with HR and labour relations departments; and apply local and global growth principles to your business.
